Dirk has been hooked on scroll sawing since the very first project he cut out in 1987. Drawing patterns has always seemed to come natural for him, and he says he is fortunate to have found his niché in life. He has been referred to as "today's most talented and productive designer and developer of fine scroll saw fretwork patterns". Dirk's work appears in numerous books, magazines, and other publications across the globe. He continues to promote scroll sawing in every imaginable way, working with the newest and most innovative techniques, tools and materials...and constantly creates new patterns and projects to challenge us all!

 

         

Karen tackles the daily operations of the mail-order business. She also spends a great deal of time talking to customers about everything from selecting blades to "how much they can sell their finished projects for". Many people refer to Karen as "The World's Smoothest Circle Cutter". She saws out most of the projects featured in magazines, and creates the decorative kits that accompany many of them. Her instructions help guide thousands of scroll sawers from around the world create their own finished projects.
